“Thirty years have passed like a single day…” – under this slogan, a ceremonial anniversary celebration and alumni reunion will be held at Primary School No. 1 on Friday, 26 May.
The ceremony will provide an opportunity for memorable reunions, performances showcasing artistic and sporting talents, a tour of the school, as well as summaries and expressions of thanks. The gala will be preceded by Holy Mass at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of Christ the King in Bolesławiec.
The school will welcome all adult students who contributed to creating its rich sporting traditions and friendly atmosphere, as well as everyone whose work and learning have influenced the school’s continuous development and achievements, guided by the words of the famous athlete Janusz Kusociński: “Educate the soul with virtues, the mind with learning, and the body with sport.”
Primary School No. 1 has operated in the building at 38c Jana Pawła II Street since 1986. Following a thorough modernization in 2005, it became part of Municipal School Complex No. 2 and remains one of the city’s most modern educational institutions.
