More than one hundred people attended another edition of the “She and He” project. On Friday, October 31, the audience at Concordia was welcomed with a fire show by the Pironix group. Later, everyone was invited inside the Gallery to see a sculpture exhibition by four artists from Bolesławiec: Barbara Bednarowicz, Edyta Orlińska, Katarzyna Kłopotek and Justyna Turek.
Candlelight and a string quartet, which performed works by Bach and Dvořák as well as by young composer Julia Niewar, created an atmospheric and elegant mood.
The final edition of the project will take place this Friday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m. Visitors will be able to see a monodrama by Ewelina Pankowska, an exhibition of paintings and drawings by six artists from Bolesławiec, and hear the band 59-700.
The organizers of the project—Via Sudetica, Ziemia Bolesławiecka and Grzegorz Roman—are striving to give each exhibition a different style. There has already been an urban, sterile and elegant atmosphere. What will it be like this time? It is worth going to Concordia this Friday.
At the same time, we invite all readers to the contemporary dance theater performance “motyle 2046” on Saturday, November 8, at 8:00 p.m. The venue is the same: Concordia. The performance is part of a contemporary dance workshop that begins at the Gallery on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
Admission to all events is, of course, free.
