Information about interest in Concordia emerged during the August session of the Bolesławiec City Council. Mayor Piotr Roman did not reveal details about the potential investors or their plans for the property, but noted that signals had appeared that could offer hope for a change in the situation of the historic complex:

Some investors have started showing interest in this property of ours known as Concordia. For now, I cannot say anything more, but it looks promising.

He added:

Perhaps we will finally succeed in having another property renovated, because this property requires enormous financial outlays.

At this stage, it is therefore not known who specifically is interested in the property or what plans they might have for it. The mayor’s statement is nevertheless significant, as Concordia’s future has remained a major challenge for years.

Concordia Was Put Up for Sale

In August 2025, an advertisement offering the complex for sale appeared online. At the time, the property was priced at PLN 3.25 million.

The property consists of an extensive site covering approximately 6,000 m², containing a complex of warehouse and office buildings. The buildings have a combined usable area of more than 7,000 m².

The property comprises seven buildings, six of which were put up for sale. Most of them have three floors and full basements.

One of Concordia’s greatest advantages is its location—the complex is situated practically in the center of Bolesławiec. On the other hand, the nature of the property and its historical significance mean that a potential investor must take serious restrictions and high costs into account.
