The patriotic musical performance was prepared as part of a new project carried out by the Bolesławiec Cultural Center – International Ceramics Center to promote the most talented young people in our region. Thirty people take part in the musical. The young performers will play all the music live, and audiences will hear well-known hits in entirely new arrangements. Wojtek Szajwaj is responsible for preparing the musical setting, writing all the arrangements and directing.
The musical “And I don’t… or how one grows into Polishness in May” tells the story of young residents of Bolesławiec belonging to two different peer groups. It includes a love story centered on Radek and Julka, who come from completely different worlds but try to organize a certain undertaking together. What is it? You will find out on the day of the premiere!
