– We are one of 30 organizations that qualified for the Orlen Warsaw Marathon, which will take place on Sunday, April 23. Athletes taking part in this event can support our participants by signing up for our team. The slogan is: “A gift from the heart for 35 WTZ participants in Bolesławiec,” say representatives of the Occupational Therapy Workshops in Bolesławiec.

The goal? To make the dream of 35 WTZ participants come true: a trip abroad.

How can you do it? Runners can select WTZ Bolesławiec as the organization they want to help. “If you know people who are running either in the Marathon or in the 10 km Run, please pass this information on!!!” appeal representatives of the Bolesławiec organization. The first ten teams will secure funding for the goals they have designated for their organizations.

How can you support WTZ?

  1. register at www.orlenmarathon.pl. Log in and then select “A gift from the heart for 35 WTZ participants in Bolesławiec” in the athlete’s panel
  2. accept the regulations of the “A gift from the heart for…” project
  3. run to the finish line!

If you register on the day of the race:

  1. select the goal “A gift from the heart for WTZ Bolesławiec” during registration
  2. accept the regulations of the “A gift from the heart for…” project
  3. run to the finish line!

If you select the goal “A gift from the heart for WTZ Bolesławiec,” you will be identified by a color and a dedicated sticker. Before the race, attach the sticker in the appropriate color to your race number, making sure it does not cover your number.

Participation in the “A gift from the heart for…” project is voluntary and involves no fees. A participant who runs for the organization they selected and completes the race increases the number of athletes representing that organization and, together with them, improves its chances of receiving financial support. (People who do not complete the race at their chosen distance are not included by the organizer when counting the total number of athletes who supported a given organization and its goal).
