In the morning hours, the competition section was held, while the results were announced and prizes presented during the evening winners’ concert. The first prize in the lower-secondary school category went to Zuzanna Hryniewicz, who performed “Powrót”, while Julia Gołębiowska was the best in the upper-secondary school category, singing “Kantyczka z lotu ptaka” and “O krok”.
The competition jury, composed of Małgorzata Niewęgłowska, Aleksander Samostrokow, Józef Pokładek and Dariusz Uściński, listened to 13 performances in two categories. In the lower-secondary school category, in addition to the first place, it awarded three distinctions, which went to: Julia Kwiatkowska, for “Iskry i łzy”; Marcel Sas, for “Zbroja”; and Julia Pranić, for “Krzyk”. In the upper-secondary school category, second place went to Martyna Kuklińska for “Manewry” and “Korespondencja klasowa”, while third place ex aequo went to Aleksandra Potocka for “Mucha w szklance lemoniady” and “Pytanie retoryczne”, and Magdalena Cichorzewska for “Sen Katarzyny II” and “Lot Ikara”.
During the evening concert, the prizes were presented by Mayor of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman and Józef Pokładek, representative of the Regional Organisation of NSZZ Solidarność in Bolesławiec County.
