As the land belonging to the building is quite extensive, developing it was only a matter of time. The owner of the entire Oxpress complex, Dariusz Tyrakowski, had been planning this project for a long time. However, the complete replacement of the roof, replacement of the ceilings on two floors and adaptation of the building’s top floor, as well as the reconstruction of the premises of the kindergarten and language school, consumed a significant part of the funds allocated for infrastructure expansion.
– Despite the enormous financial outlays used last school year for the expansion and development of Oxpress, we can now begin construction of a sports and recreation complex at Tysiąclecia Avenue. Oxpress students from all branches will have priority in using the facility, namely the gymnasium, fitness room, sanitary facilities and spacious changing room. However, I would like the complex to serve the residents of Bolesławiec and all enthusiasts of active leisure in the near future as well – said D. Tyrakowski.
We already know that in the afternoons, the facility will host sports and dance classes with qualified coaching staff, as well as school events and ceremonies. The rooms will also be available for rent.
