One of the items on the agenda of the March session of the City Council was a report on the state of security in our city, presented by the head of the Bolesławiec police, Sub-Inspector Dariusz Borski. After the presentation, Deputy Council Chairman Eugeniusz Kowalski asked the police chief about “an issue that has been dragging on for many years”—an escort agency operating in Zabobrze that “has a demoralizing effect on young people.”
D. Borski replied that he was aware of the problem. He added that, in order to uncover the practice, one of the women would have to agree to cooperate with the police.
