The “Unleashing Femininity” Femininity Marathon will take place on Saturday, 11 March, at Termy Bolesławiec. The programme includes:
- 12:00 – welcoming participants
- 12:30 – “Building Habits” workshop
- 13:15 – facial exercises – rejuvenating the face
- 13:30 – “Being a Confident and Happy Woman” workshop
- 14:15 – Fit Tastings
- 14:30 – A Dose of Endorphins, or Latino Dance
- 15:15 – Workshop: how to exercise to achieve results
- 15:30 – Express Workout – a short, effective workout you can do when you are short on time
- 16:00 – conclusion.
Participation fee: PLN 30.

- Term Dance – recruitment for a dance troupe for people aged 15 and over. The troupe combines styles such as new style, disco dance, dancehall, Latino, modern dance and many others
- Latino Fitness – fitness for women of all ages. Simple dance steps based, among other things, on dance forms such as Latino dance and salsa, set to energetic Latin rhythms
- Perfect Body – intensity level I. A workout that improves physical fitness, reduces body fat and primarily shapes areas such as the abdomen, arms, thighs and buttocks. Recommended for all women who want to slim their figure and firm their body.
- Body Balance – a workout combining elements of pilates, stretching and healthy-spine exercises.
Participation in the classes improves mobility, increases muscle flexibility and enhances overall body suppleness. The exercises relieve muscle and back pain, strengthen, slim and firm the body. This workout is recommended both for people who are just beginning their physical-activity journey and for those who already train and want to improve and increase their body flexibility and range of motion.
