The incident occurred on Saturday, February 25. According to the report from the person who notified the authorities, two men kicked the bus doors and shattered a window. The duty officer sent officers from Lubin to the scene.
The officers established descriptions of the perpetrators. The men, aged 31 and 26 and from Lubin County, were arrested several hundred metres away. The suspects were taken to the police station.
The vandals told the officers that at the stop where they wanted to get off, the bus doors did not open. This enraged them so much that they began kicking them, shattering a window and causing approximately PLN 5,000 in damage.
Both detainees now face up to five years in prison.
