The new company intends to supply its products to Toyota Boshoku Group car-seat assembly plants in Europe. These will include car-seat frames and upholstery. Production is scheduled to begin around 2011. The modern plant, covering an area of 2 hectares, will be built on an 11.2-hectare plot.

More than 40 companies have currently invested in the Kamienna Góra zone, including the BDN magazine publisher from the Bauer Group and Appetita–Ziołopex, known for its spices.

Until now, there had been no major investments in Bolesławiec County. Two significant companies abandoned plans to build plants here. One was the glassmaking giant Pilkington, which was supposed to launch a glassworks in Wykroty near Nowogrodziec, and the other was JVC, which abandoned plans to build a factory in Bolesławiec.
