The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 3, on Pocztowa Street in Legnica. An unknown perpetrator suddenly approached a man, a citizen of Bangladesh, who got off a bus at around 8:40 a.m. Without saying a word, he struck him in the face and then left the scene.
It turned out that the attacker was a 16-year-old resident of Legnica. Officers took him to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legnica. The case will also be referred to the family court.
