By decision of the judges, who, after reviewing more than one hundred entries from 61 schools across Poland, selected 24 people for the next stage of the 2017 Young Culinary Art Creator Competition. Among them was Krzysztof Ozga, a student of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools named after Maj. Henryk Sucharski in Bolesławiec.
The theme of this year's edition is a main course featuring shrimp. The first semifinal will take place on January 18, and the next on February 15. The competition will reach its final conclusion on March 8. Twelve students will advance to the grand final, where they will compete for the title of Young Culinary Art Creator.
