The competition was contested by swimmers from Primary School No. 5, No. 1, No. 4 and the Oxpress School and Preschool Complex, as well as lower secondary school students from Municipal Lower Secondary School No. 2, No. 3, the 2nd Private Lower Secondary School and Oxpress Lower Secondary School.
Despite the fierce competition, enthusiastic support and the athletes’ efforts, none of the schools managed to defeat the swimmers from Oxpress. Once again, the girls and boys, from both the primary school and the lower secondary school, gained a crushing points advantage over students from other institutions and won all the trophies available.
“This is a huge success for us!” said one of the swimming coaches, Iwona Szeklińska. “Over the course of two days, we won the titles of Bolesławiec champions and Bolesławiec County champions, taking as many as eight trophies! This greatly motivated the children, and we are immensely proud!”
