Among the projects planned for next year in the budget of the City of Bolesławiec is the comprehensive modernization of the city’s street lighting, involving the replacement of ordinary bulbs with LED fixtures (with power reducers and brightness sensors enabling different levels of light intensity and precise adjustment of lighting to all nighttime conditions, as well as motion sensors). The project concerns nearly 3,400 light points in the city.
The value of the project is PLN 1.3 million. Its implementation depends on obtaining funding for this purpose from aid funds (PLN 1,079,000). We will return to this subject.
