The ZSOiZ (Komuny Paryskiej Street) has concluded its Christmas Sale with a Heart, this time dedicated to 21-month-old Zuzia, who suffers from Joubert syndrome. This is a very rare group of disorders associated with congenital defects, occurring once in every 80,000 births and requiring enormous financial resources.
The initiators of the campaign are: Szymon Przystupa, owner of “Cooking for all – Gotowanie dla Wszystkich” and Bonduelle brand ambassador, who cooperates with ZSOiZ, and Małgorzata Plis-Lozer, a teacher of gastronomic subjects. This Monday, chefs from Lower Silesia, together with students, prepared Christmas dishes that could be purchased in the banquet hall of the Comprehensive and Vocational Schools.
