On Monday, December 19, the ZSOiZ (Komuny Paryskiej Street) will host the second Christmas Cake Sale with Heart, this time dedicated to 21-month-old Zuza, who has Joubert syndrome. This is a very rare group of disorders associated with congenital defects, occurring in one in 80,000 births and requiring significant financial resources.
The initiative was started by Szymon Przystupa, owner of “Cooking for all – Gotowanie dla Wszystkich” and Bonduelle brand ambassador, who works with ZSOiZ, and Małgorzata Plis-Lozer, a teacher of gastronomy subjects. This Monday, chefs from Lower Silesia will prepare Christmas dishes together with students. They will be available for purchase in the lobby and banquet hall of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools from 10:30 a.m..
