CONCRETE TECHNOLOGIST

place of work: Rakowice Małe near Lwówek Śl.
Your main responsibilities:
- ongoing quality control of raw materials, materials and semi-finished products in accordance with the required standards,
- developing and updating concrete mix compositions (recipes),
- systematic quality control of concrete and documenting the inspections,
- supervising current laboratory tests in accordance with applicable regulations,
- conducting research and development work to develop new recipes,
- monitoring compliance with established recipes during concrete production and adherence to technological cycles;
- supervising employees of the laboratory and concrete plant departments,
- cooperating with other company departments.
We expect candidates to have:
- a university degree in construction, construction chemistry or a related field,
- the ability to manage subordinate employees,
- knowledge of concrete technology,
- excellent work organization skills,
- motivation and commitment to work,
- responsibility and reliability,
- professional experience in concrete production would be an advantage.
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER – PRODUCTION FOREMAN

Your main responsibilities:
- supervising the correct production of prefabricated elements in accordance with the technical documentation,
- quality acceptance of completed elements,
- ensuring that subordinate employees complete their tasks,
- preparing daily reports.
We expect candidates to have:
- a university degree in construction (required),
- the ability to manage a team,
- very good technical drawing reading skills,
- excellent work organization skills,
- motivation and commitment to work,
- responsibility and reliability.
