How to turn 8,000 into 23,000? Everyone has different possibilities. We reach for what is best. The owner of a Mercedes came to us. Another car crashed into his vehicle because its driver failed to exercise due care. You can imagine how the Mercedes owner felt when he heard from the insurance company’s assessor that he would receive only PLN 8,000 for the damage. Such an offer was unacceptable. The money would not even have been enough for a partial repair. We examined the case and took action. We won PLN 23,000 for our client. You can imagine our client’s reaction. Compensation for an accident at home
Do you think that once you find your dream home, you can feel blissful and safe? Unfortunately, we cannot predict every situation. Our Client did not expect the work being carried out to modernise the building where he had moved in to become such a threat to him. Who would have expected a wall unit to fall on his head during façade renovation? The renovation work caused such strong vibrations and cracks that, as a consequence, the piece of furniture toppled over. Our Client suffered an injury to his head and cervical spine. The renovation company’s insurer offered PLN 800. Naturally, this was unacceptable to us. We secured PLN 9,000!
