On Sunday, 13 November, BKS hosted GKS Iwiny. The match was a one-sided affair. Although the Bolesławiec side did not push the pace, they controlled Sunday’s match from start to finish. In the 5th minute, Łukasz Graczyk opened the scoring with a free-kick. In the 21st minute, Oskar Pochwała made it 2–0. In the 30th minute, Maciej Zielonka scored a beautiful shot into the top corner to make it 3–0. Before the break, Oskar Pochwała had another excellent chance, but this time the BKS player first hit the goalkeeper, and after the rebound the ball struck the side netting of the visitors’ goal.
After the change of ends, the goalkeeper from Iwiny had to retrieve the ball from his net five more times. In the 47th minute, Tomasz Fulczyński scored with a powerful shot from distance. Three minutes later, the BKS player-coach scored again following an assist from Łukasz Graczyk, who delivered a precise ball into the penalty area, straight onto the player-coach’s head. In the 67th minute, BKS’s juniors showed themselves in a fine move. First, Paweł Rudkowski fired dangerously from 30 metres, and Jakub Zarzycki took advantage of the goalkeeper’s uncertain intervention to make it 6–0 for BKS.
In the 72nd minute, Łukasz Graczyk produced an unstoppable shot. After his strike, the ball hit the junction of the post and crossbar and went into the net. The eighth goal for BKS came in the 81st minute, courtesy of an own goal by Jan Górniak. Following this victory, BKS, with 34 points, sits at the top of the Jelenia Góra A-class table. It is worth mentioning that five juniors played for BKS in the match against Iwiny. Importantly, the young BKS played effectively and contributed to the victory through goals from Oskar and Jakub.
The match against Iwiny was the final fixture of the autumn round of the competition. BKS would like to thank the club’s fans, supporters and sponsors for all their help.
