We are creating a new section, “GB”, as announced at the last City Council session. We are compelled to do so by the lack of information in the press and on municipal television about the work of the local government. Councillors want to work in the open; they are active, submit motions and interpellations, act on behalf of their constituents and publicly present their problems. They demand—and rightly so—the right to “make public” their views and opinions. Today we provide information about councillors’ groups, the flat-rate allowances of city councillors, their April office hours and the interpellations submitted during the session.

Meeting place for constituents: the Councillor’s Room on the first floor of the City Hall building, from 3 to 4 p.m. every Monday.
