RESOLUTION NO. 43/95 of the Municipal Board of Bolesławiec dated 22 February 1995 concerning the allocation of undeveloped land for perpetual usufruct – by tender The Municipal Board of Bolesławiec resolves as follows:
§1
1. The undeveloped properties listed in the schedule constituting Annex No. 1 to this resolution shall be allocated for perpetual usufruct for a period of 99 years.
2. The land in question is owned by the Municipality of Bolesławiec; its designation for residential construction is consistent with the approved development plan for the “Kwiatowe” housing estate.
§2
The schedule referred to in §1 shall be posted on the notice board of the Bolesławiec Municipal Office for a period of 6 weeks from the date of adoption of the resolution.
§3 The execution of this resolution is entrusted to the Head of the Land Management Department of the Bolesławiec Municipal Office.
§4 This resolution shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

-plot no. 230/6, area 679 m2, Sadowa Street, plot price PLN 11,570. Initial fee PLN 2,892.50. Annual fee PLN 115.70.
-plot no. 230/7, area 857 m2, Sadowa Street, plot price PLN 14,603. Initial fee PLN 3,650.75. Annual fee PLN 146.03.

-plot no. 230/9, area 734 m2 – Czerwonych Maków Street, plot price PLN 12,507. Initial fee PLN 3,126.75. Annual fee PLN 125.07.
The annual fee may be increased as a result of a change in the land price. A 5-year development period is established for the above-mentioned plots. Construction should commence within 2 years and be completed within the following 3 years, counting from the date of execution of the notarial deed. Information about the tender will be made public after 6 April 1995.
