THE BOLESŁAWIEC MUNICIPALITY ADMINISTRATION ANNOUNCES A WRITTEN TENDER FOR THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF
- a property located in the village of Otok within plot no. 293, covering 0.05 ha – Land and Mortgage Register no. 15117, developed with a building with a volume of 1,538 m³, equipped with electrical, water and sewage installations, currently housing a community center and a shop.
Starting price: PLN 15,000 (PLN 150 million)
Deposit: PLN 1,500 (PLN 15 million)
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or with a bank payment confirmation to the Municipal Office account, no. 382210-912-139-300, Bank Zachodni in Wrocław, Bolesławiec Branch.
Written offers containing:
- a proposal for developing the property,
- the offered price,
- proof of payment of the deposit must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the word "TENDER" to the secretariat of the Municipal Office in Bolesławiec, 1a Teatralna Street, by 5 April 1995.
The offers will be considered on 6 April 1995 at 10:00 a.m. at the Municipal Office in Bolesławiec, 1a Teatralna Street (room 16).
The deposit shall be forfeited if the participant who wins the tender evades concluding the agreement.

The right is reserved to freely select offers and annul the tender without stating reasons.
