The level of depravity in the local community has hit rock bottom. Unknown vandals have so far been roaming the allotment gardens with impunity, as they burst into full bloom with spring flowers. It is truly beautiful and colourful here, thanks above all to the hard work of the numerous allotment holders, mainly older people and pensioners. It takes a great deal of ill will and thoughtlessness to deliberately and maliciously destroy the fruits of their labour. What purpose is served by tulips torn out by the bulbs and abandoned in the flowerbeds, or by their not-yet-open flower buds being stripped, the beds trampled and the bushes broken? This happened in the “Serbinowo” employee allotment sector and elsewhere.
