The performance by the Tri-City group Kombii concluded the second day of the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival. The concert began shortly before 9 p.m. The group played its greatest hits. Bolesławiec residents and visitors from outside Bolesławiec heard older songs, such as “Black and white” and “Nasze rendez-vous”, as well as its latest hits, including the song “Pokolenie”.
Friday was the second day of the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival. The Ceramic Fair has been taking place in Bolesławiec’s Market Square since Thursday. Everyone can buy ceramic products. Demonstrations of throwing and painting vessels are being held. The Antiques Fair has also been running since Thursday. The bands’ performances take place simultaneously on two stages—the small one at Piłsudski Square and the large one at Father Popiełuszko Square.
Many more attractions are still ahead for Bolesławiec residents. On Saturday, among other events, there will be the Clayfolk Parade. Starting at 10 a.m., anyone interested will be able to paint themselves with clay. At noon, a real wedding of a Clayfolk couple will take place at the Registry Office in the Market Square. At 4 p.m., the Clayfolk will walk through the city streets. At 9 p.m., an operatic trio from Moscow will perform in front of the Villa Ambasada building on Komuny Paryskiej Street. At 10 p.m., Doda will perform on the large stage, while at 11 p.m. Tomasz Wachnowski will play in front of Villa Ambasada.
