The Honorary Blood Donors Club of the Polish Red Cross Workplace Branch at the Bolesławiecka Fabryka Materiałów Medycznych "Polfa" S.A. in Bolesławiec is doing well. We fondly recall the autumn gathering at the amphitheater on Rajska Street, where we had the opportunity to share roast suckling pig and drink a keg of beer. The management of our parent factory funded it all. Forty of our colleagues—blood donors—took part in this social and integration event, and among the guests was the chairman of the Polish Red Cross District Council in Jelenia Góra, Mr. Roman Bodak, who presented first-, second- and third-degree badges to the most distinguished Honorary Blood Donors.
