The owner of Rogers Agency, Dariusz Gruszecki, who is organizing the blues concert together with Gmina Miejska Bolesławiec, announced that Chuck Berry will not perform in Bolesławiec. This confirmed our earlier concerns, which we presented on the program "Na światło dzienne". Just a week ago, in a conversation with Krzysztof Gwizdała, Dariusz Gruszecki assured us that Chuck Berry would definitely be in Bolesławiec.
Krzysztof Gwizdała: Information has emerged that Chuck Berry is supposedly not going to be in Bolesławiec.
Dariusz Gruszecki: I don't know where such information comes from. I haven't received any such information.
KG: I visited Chuck Berry's website. There is information about concerts there. It says, among other things, that he will finish performing in Spain in July. Then, in August, he has concerts in the United States. Will he fly here especially for the concert?
DG: Yes. He will fly here especially for it. The website is actually administered by some fan. Most of the concerts listed there do not match the actual ones. They do not administer the concert website.
KG: But there is an official Chuck Berry website?
DG: Yes, yes. It is official, but on the official website you can notice that it is run by fans.
KG: No, it doesn't look like a website run by fans.
DG: No, you can tell. It is a website... Somewhere there is information entered in February this year. And I signed the contract in May.
KG: So he will be there 100%?
DG: Yes.
