On Route No. 4 in Wykroty, a bus driver struck a 13-year-old cyclist, who suffered a head injury. The cyclist entered the road improperly. At a roadside sales outlet on II Armii WP Street, unidentified perpetrators stole figurines of gnomes, a stork and hides worth PLN 8.5 million.
In Pstrąże, a 37-year-old man was fatally electrocuted while attempting to dismantle an aluminium sand trap from a transformer tower. In Bolesławiec, on Zyg. Augusta Street, unidentified perpetrators stole an Audi 100 worth PLN 150 million, to the detriment of a German national.
In Milików, a pedestrian entered the road and was struck by a Daihatsu. The pedestrian is in hospital with serious bodily injuries. In Bolesławiec, while the apartment owner was asleep after a drinking party, an unknown perpetrator stole various items worth a total of PLN 8.5 million.
In Nowa Wieś Zebrzydowska, a Toyota driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with a Mercedes travelling in the opposite direction. One Mercedes passenger was injured. In Kruszyn, a shop burned down. The losses amounted to approximately PLN 60 million. At the intersection of Kubika and Łokietka Streets, a Škoda driver failed to give way to a cyclist, resulting in an accident in which the cyclist broke an arm.
Police officers at the KRP in B-cu detained a minor who, together with other friends, had robbed his grandmother. It was also established that this group had committed a series of burglaries in Bolesławiec, targeting commercial and other premises. A VW Golf worth PLN 500 million was stolen from Polna Street, to the detriment of a German national.
In Parowa, unidentified perpetrators broke in and took goods worth a total of PLN 25 million, to the detriment of GS SCh in Bolesławiec.
On Route No. 4 beyond Kruszyn, an unidentified Peugeot driver collided head-on with a Ford. As a result of the accident, the Ford passenger was killed. The Peugeot driver and passenger fled.
In Bolesławiec, on Gdańska Street, a garden shed and equipment worth PLN 27 million burned down.
In Bolesławiec, while the owners were absent from the apartment, an unidentified perpetrator entered through an open window and stole a television worth PLN 8 million. As a result of the district officers’ actions, the perpetrator was detained and the property recovered. In Kraśnik Dolny, the driver of a VW Passat with a trailer failed to exercise due care, resulting in a collision with an Alfa Romeo, which fell from a bridge after the impact. The Alfa Romeo passenger and driver suffered general bruising.
On Sądowa Street in Bolesławiec, a Ford driver struck an eight-year-old minor who suddenly entered the road. The minor suffered a fractured tibia.
