A FIAT 126 P was stolen from Starzyńskiego Street;
A VW Polo (a radio cassette player worth PLN 700,000) and a Skoda (various items worth approximately PLN 3 million) were burgled;
The police detained a minor responsible for numerous car break-ins in Bolesławiec, while a resident of Osiecznica apprehended and handed over a perpetrator of car break-ins in that area;
The following were burgled: the ZCH “Wizów” building materials warehouse, a grocery store on Piaskowa Street, a basement on Dolne Młyny Street (bicycles and other items), a cigarette wholesaler, and the “Toping” supermarket.

On the night of 10 March, on the A-12 road, the English driver of a NISSAN was killed in a collision with a STAR;
On 12 March, the body of a 55-year-old woman was recovered from the Bóbr River near Kraszewice. The findings indicate that the woman committed suicide after writing a farewell letter;
Unknown perpetrators stole electrical cables: 151 linear metres of cable disappeared from the Aggregate Exploitation Facility in Kruszyn, and 150 linear metres from the Aggregate Mine in Oleszna;
A NISSAN in Brzeźnik and a Skoda on Chrobrego Street caused broken legs and bruises in collisions with pedestrians. In both cases (a child and an elderly person), the pedestrians entered the roadway;
A VW Golf (PLN 100 million) was stolen from a car park in Nowogrodziec. A break-in was also carried out there at an apartment, causing losses of approximately PLN 65 million;
Unknown perpetrators smashed a window in a FORD and stole radio and television equipment worth more than PLN 40 million from a German citizen;
A drunken father struck his 11-year-old son on the head with a cup, causing a skull fracture. The father was placed in custody.
