-In a flat in Bolesławiec, three friends met to drink alcohol together. Around 4 a.m., one of the men notified the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters that during the “gathering” one participant—the owner of the flat—had died. In the course of police activities, a completely different set of facts was established, as a result of which the deceased man’s guest was temporarily arrested;
-A resident of Nowa Wieś Kraśnicka notified the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters of the theft of a BMW passenger car worth PLN 42 million from his garage. As a result of a rapid response, the car was secured at the Gromadka Police Station;
- In Żeliszów, a seven-year-old boy returning from school suddenly ran onto the road in front of a passing Fiat 126p. The boy remained in the Bolesławiec hospital with minor injuries;
- Unknown perpetrators stole a VW Golf worth PLN 120 million from a car park on Broniewskiego Street in Bolesławiec. The owner had left his own documents and the car’s documents inside it;
- A Russian citizen notified the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters of a robbery that had taken place in Legnica Voivodeship. Three perpetrators, Russian citizens, using firearms terrorised three CIS citizens and seized their three passenger cars, along with their drivers, then drove away in an unknown direction;
- On 1000-lecia Street in Bolesławiec, the driver of a Toyota struck an 87-year-old woman crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. As a result of the collision, the woman died at the scene;
- A resident of Bolesławiec argued with his neighbour in a stairwell, ending the argument by stabbing the neighbour, who was taken to hospital with a damaged spleen. The same man then went to a nearby shop, where he provoked an argument during which he also stabbed the shop assistant in the chest. Police officers detained the perpetrator of these incidents and placed him in custody;
-A German citizen driving an Opel towards Chojnów skidded and hit a tree. The accident resulted in the death of the driver’s wife and their two children;
- Unknown perpetrators, having first smashed a pane in a basement window, entered a residential building in Nowogrodziec, from which they took audio-visual equipment, gold and foreign currencies worth a total of over PLN 44 million;
- Officers of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters detained a criminal wanted by warrant. During the arrest, he was shot in the leg and, after receiving medical assistance at the hospital, transported to a penitentiary;
- A man reported to the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters and stated that on the night of 28 December 1993 he had struck another unknown man on the head with an axe on one of the streets in Bolesławiec. It was established that the man with head injuries was in the Bolesławiec hospital. The perpetrator of the bodily harm was placed in custody;
- Another tragic accident occurred on the A-12 route when the driver of a Toyota, as a result of skidding, collided head-on with a Star truck. The Toyota driver and his wife died at the scene as a result of the collision.
- An unknown perpetrator brazenly stole PLN 1.2 million at the municipal marketplace in Bolesławiec. As a result of the actions taken, police officers detained the perpetrator in the town and placed him in custody;
- Unknown perpetrators stole a Mercedes worth PLN 200 million from a car park on Lubańska Street in Bolesławiec.
