BOLESŁAWIEC MUNICIPALITY BOARD
Announces a written tender for bids for the sale and development of the property located in the village of Otok, within plot no. 293, with an area of 0.05 ha, developed with a building having a volume of 1,538 m3, equipped with electrical and water-and-sewerage installations, which currently houses a community center, club and shop.
The property is entered in land and mortgage register no. 15 117 maintained by the District Court – Land and Mortgage Register Division in Bolesławiec.
Starting price – PLN 200 million
Bid bond – PLN 20 million
The bid bond must be paid by bank transfer or with a bank payment slip to the Municipal Office account, account no. 382210-912-133, Bank Zachodni in Wrocław, Bolesławiec Branch. Written bids containing:
- a proposal for developing the property,
- the offered price,
- proof of payment of the bid bond
must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the password "PRZETARG" at the secretariat of the Municipal Office in Bolesławiec, 1a Teatralna Street, by 16 February 1994.
The bids will be reviewed on 17 February 1994 at 9:00 a.m. at the Municipal Office in Bolesławiec, room 16. Detailed information is available from the Agriculture and Economic Affairs Department
