On 18–20 June this year, the BKS–MOS youth junior team, coached by MIROSŁAW SZAPIEL, took part in the First Euroregion Nysa Football Tournament in Zittau.
In their group, the BKS MOS team defeated KAMENZ 8–0 (goals were scored by Bartosz Kubica 3, Marek Dąbrowski 2, and Robert Nitarski, Daniel Paprot and Marcin Paluszek 1 each) and VFB ZITTAU 3–0 (goals were scored by Bartosz Kubica 2 and Daniel Padewski 1).
In the tournament final, the BKS MOS team lost to CLOVANOWI LIBEREC 1–5 (Bartosz Kubica scored BKS MOS’s goal).
It is also worth emphasising that Jerzy Kubica helped the Bolesławiec team organise the trip; for a long time now, he has devoted a great deal of his own time, heart and practical support to the team.
