On February 2, unknown perpetrators broke into a liquor store on Zgorzelecka Street by making a hole in the wall. Cigarettes and alcohol worth a considerable sum were taken;
On February 4, unknown perpetrators broke into a CPN barracks in Lipiany. Cigarettes worth PLN 1 million were taken through a hole knocked in the wall;
That same day, February 4, a serious road accident occurred. Passenger cars, a FORD and an AUDI, collided on the motorway. The drivers died at the scene, while the passengers were taken to hospital in serious condition;
On February 5, the police found a TOYOTA passenger car that had previously been stolen in Bolesławiec;
On February 9, a neighborhood police patrol discovered a break-in at a food wholesaler on Kościuszki Street. One of the burglary suspects was arrested and placed in custody.
On February 11, during a marital quarrel in an apartment on one of the streets in Bolesławiec, a wife struck her husband with a knife in the area of the spine. The injured man's life is not in danger;
On February 11, on Tysiąclecia Street, the driver of a Maluch hit a five-year-old child and fled the scene of the accident. The child was taken to hospital. As a result of the investigation, the driver of the Maluch was arrested and placed in custody;
On February 12, in the village of Nowe Jaroszewice, neighbors detained in an temporarily unattended apartment the perpetrator of a burglary. The perpetrator turned out to be a resident of Bogatynia. He was handed over to the police.
