In Germany, Bolesławiec ceramic products are being sold that do not differ in form or shape from products manufactured by the Artistic Handicraft Cooperative "Ceramika Artystyczna"—but are produced outside its production halls.
There might be nothing unusual about this, since anyone may manufacture and sell their products on the basis of competition—if it were not for the fact that the way this merchandise is advertised and sold borders on ordinary shamelessness.
The trademark (patented and legally protected in Poland) of "Ceramika Artystyczna" is placed on the ceramic products, with only a tiny change consisting of moving the letter "B" from the upper part of the mark to the lower part. In addition, above and below the trademark there is the inscription HEISE GERMANY ORIGINAL BUNZLAU. What does this inscription conceal?
To prove the proximity of the plagiarism, we present two trademarks. The one on the left is protected; the one on the right is simply forged!
