- On 17 July, taking advantage of the owner’s absence from the property on Ptasia Street in Bolesławiec, an unknown perpetrator committed a burglary. The losses could not be determined because the owners were absent;
- On the same day, unknown perpetrators broke into the “Leśna” restaurant in Ławszowa. Radio-technical equipment worth PLN 4.5 million was stolen;
- On 19 July, the KRP duty officer was notified by the victim, Kazimierz K. from Radom, that while driving from the direction of Zgorzelec, between Czerna and Zebrzydowa, an unknown perpetrator fired a shot from a firearm at the car, as a result of which the bullet pierced the engine hood and injured a female passenger;
- On 23 July, the KRP duty officer in Bolesławiec received information that a group of CIS citizens armed with firearms was staying in a private apartment in Bolesławiec. Official procedures were immediately carried out, leading to the arrest of seven Ukrainian citizens. A gas gun and other weapons accessories were found on them;
- On 25 July, an unknown perpetrator broke into the KRAM industrial store in Bolesławiec, from which clothing and cosmetics worth approximately PLN 25 million were taken;
- On 30 July, the duty nurse at the Regional Hospital in Bolesławiec reported that Stefan J. had been brought to the hospital with a deep wound in his back. During the proceedings, it was established that he had been stabbed with a knife in his apartment by a neighbour;
- On 3 August, Artur M. notified the KRP in Bolesławiec that the body of an unknown woman, approximately 25 years old, was located by a small grove near the Kutuzov cemetery. It was established that the death had occurred from natural causes;
- On 5 August, an unknown perpetrator broke into an apartment on Chrobrego Street, from which an AKAI video device worth PLN 4 million was taken;
- On 9 August, a German citizen at the swimming pools was invited to an alcoholic drinking party by a group of Poles. During the party, one of the participants suddenly struck the guest on the head with a guitar. The victim, suffering head injuries, was taken to the Regional Hospital. The perpetrator was identified;
- On 15 August, unknown perpetrators entered through the basement of a building on Zygmunt August Street, which housed three stores, and broke into all three stores. Losses amounted to approximately PLN 15 million.
