The Osiecznica Municipal Authority informs that the Osiecznica Municipality has properties in its municipal assets that it intends to dispose of by selling them through a tender:
1/ In the village of Świętoszów, a 6-hectare area developed with 18 barracks buildings. Following the completion of the cadastral subdivision, the separated properties will be sold for commercial and service activities, small-scale manufacturing and industry; an area is also planned for the creation of a marketplace, as well as an area for the construction of garages for the residents of Świętoszów.
2/ In the village of Kliczków, 13 hectares of land situated by the Kwisa River, intended for the creation of a tourist and recreational facility.
3/ In the village of Parowa, facilities formerly belonging to the Agricultural Production Cooperative, consisting of two cattle barns and silos situated on a 1-hectare plot, with the possibility of conducting agricultural or other manufacturing activities.
The above-mentioned properties will be sold by tender. The date, venue and conditions of the tender will be made public in a separate announcement.
