On 23 November, the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Kruszyn organized the third edition of the Knowledge Tournament About Bolesławiec Municipality. The aim of the tournament was to disseminate knowledge about our municipality among children and young people, familiarize them with its geographical location, and raise awareness of economic and socio-cultural issues. Nine primary schools from our municipality and Primary School No. 5 in Bolesławiec took part in the tournament.
The tournament took place in two stages: the qualifiers and the final. Three top schools reached the final: Ocice, Primary School No. 5 in Bolesławiec, and Kraśnik Dolny. In addition to a written test, the finalists had to demonstrate their ability to make butter in churns, which attracted considerable interest from the audience.
