The second international “Sport Against Racism” rugby tournament was held on 3 May in the German town of Weisswasser. Seven teams representing Lithuania, the United States, Poland and Germany took part in the prestigious competition. The teams played a round-robin format. TOP Husar Bolesławiec proved to be the best team. The Bolesławiec team’s coach is Robert Szewczuk.

The Bolesławiec rugby players were not the tournament favourites. However, as it turned out, Robert Szewczuk’s charges were in no way inferior to their opponents—in fact, they surpassed them in their will to fight. The Bolesławiec team won all their matches by large margins and, with a perfect points tally, claimed the event’s top trophy.
