MZGK President Kazimierz Niebieszczański Nominated for 2003 Director of the Year

Kazimierz Niebieszczański, president of the Municipal Communal Services Company in Bolesławiec, will be nominated for the title of 2003 Director of the Year of Municipal Cleaning Companies.

The Director of the Year plebiscite is nationwide in scope. President Kazimierz Niebieszczański received congratulations and expressions of appreciation from Piotr Roman, mayor of the city, and Stanisław Małkowski, chair of the city council.

The gala at which the nominations will be presented will be held as part of the 8th International Ecological Congress on November 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Theatre in Poznań. Kazimierz Niebieszczański will receive his nomination from Jerzy Swatoń, Minister of Environmental Protection.

The Director of the Year plebiscite is organized by the editorial staff of Przegląd Komunalny, the National Forum of Directors of Municipal Cleaning Companies, the National Chamber of Waste Management, and the Polish Chamber of Waste Management.
