The Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters, under the supervision of the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, is investigating the attack on Władysław Pańczak, a taxi driver with the “Taxi-Plus” company. Police are asking people who used the victim’s services on January 4 and 5, 2008, to report to the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters, room 304 or 306 (between 7:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.), or to contact the Head of the Criminal Section by telephone (075 646 92 30 or 608 638 832), or the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor by telephone: 075 644 17 20 (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

PLN 9,000 reward for information about the perpetrator

The reward for information that directly contributes to the arrest of the perpetrator of the brutal attack on Władysław Pańczak has increased by PLN 1,000. The amount was pledged by Bolesławiec taxi drivers from the “Taxi-Plus” company.

The reward was funded by: the Mayor of Bolesławiec (PLN 3,000), the commander of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters (PLN 3,000), Bernard Ostański, owner of PHU Widok in Bolesławiec (PLN 2,000), and taxi drivers from “Taxi-Plus” (PLN 1,000).
