Bolesławiec Cultural Centre invites everyone to take part in the Bolesławiec Star of Kindness. The event is scheduled for Friday, 21 December, at 5:00 p.m. It will take place in our town’s Market Square.

The theme of this year’s Star will be angels. Adults, young people and children dressed in white will meet at the portal next to the Sanctuary, from where they will go down the stairs to the Market Square, walk around the Town Hall and stop at the Christmas nativity scene with live animals.

The programme of this year’s event includes:

  • exchanging good wishes and singing carols together
  • a collection for children from the Children’s Home—the money will be used to equip the teaching room with educational materials
  • an action by the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment—a blood drive at the Wedding Palace – Town Hall, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • the Scouts handing over the Bethlehem Light to the town’s residents
  • the sale of Caritas Polska candles—the proceeds will be used to organise holidays for children
  • a nativity scene with animals.
