On Saturday, TOP Bolesławiec’s volleyball players played another match in the fourth-division competition. This time, our team’s opponent was Hutnik Pieńsk. TOP had the advantage from the beginning of the match. The visitors played poorly.
The first set ended 25–20 in TOP’s favor. In the second set, the visitors briefly managed to draw closer to the hosts in terms of points, but this was more the result of TOP’s mistakes than Hutnik’s good play. The second set ended 25–14 to the Bolesławiec team. TOP won the third set 25–19 and the entire match 3–0.
The match was an average spectacle. One could get the impression that the Bolesławiec players were practicing in training. The visitors did not attack with a quick set even once. They often made mistakes: four hits, attacks out of bounds, missed serves and net touches. TOP Bolesławiec won their second consecutive match and earned another three points. Our team will play its next match away against Ikar II Legnica.
