The festival will begin on Saturday, September 15, with an open-air Mass. The service at 12:00 will be celebrated in the amphitheater in Waryński Park by senior prelate priest Władysław Rączka. The homily will be delivered by Father Tomasz Tytera from the Parish of Saints Cyril and Methodius in Bolesławiec.

After the Mass, there will be a concert by the Municipal Wind Orchestra from Bolesławiec. Dance and music groups from across Bolesławiec County will then perform on the amphitheater stage. Groups from primary schools and lower-secondary schools, the Youth Cultural Centre, the Yahaha Music School and the State Music School will appear. The Bolesławiec Cultural Centre will be represented by the "Bolesławiec" Song and Dance Ensemble and the "Canon" Modern Dance Ensemble. Rafał Kubik and the Herbut Family Band from Tomisław will also perform for the residents of Bolesławiec. There will also be breakdance and flamenco shows.

There will also be plenty of sporting excitement. The organizers have planned various competitions, including a sack race for both children and adults, as well as strength contests. The main prize in the tug-of-war competition will be a box of altar wine!

Another attraction of the festival will be a raffle, whose main prize is a trip to Rome for two people. Other prizes include bicycles, household appliances and more.

During the event, visitors will be able to taste pea soup, roast pork and slices of bread with lard. The youngest attendees have also been taken into consideration. Numerous stalls selling sweets will be set up in Waryński Park. In addition, children will be able to play in the playground free of charge.

The festival will be hosted by Bolesław Nowak and his daughter Sylwia Chruszcz. The event aims to raise money to renovate two Baroque side altars at the Sanctuary of the Assumed Mother of the Church. "Every ticket purchased, every slice of bread with lard, every mug of beer—not only is it a donation toward renovating our church, but also an opportunity for us to feel like one family of God," says Dean Andrzej Jarosiewicz. "We warmly invite everyone," adds the sanctuary's curator.
