Via Sudetica and Boleslawiec.org are announcing a competition for the best photographs from the first edition of the Parade of Love for Clay. All registered portal users may take part in the competition, except members of the Via Sudetica association and the editorial team. The jury (members of Via Sudetica and one person from our portal’s editorial team; the names will be announced at a later date) will select the 30 most interesting photographs. Then, until 10 October, you, Dear Readers, will be able to choose the three best photos from Gliniada, in your opinion, from among the 30 selected entries.
Photos can be uploaded from today to the specially created “Gliniada 2007 Competition” gallery. To take part in our competition, you must create an author sub-gallery in the aforementioned gallery (labelled with your first and last name or pseudonym) and place no more than five photos in it. The authors of the most interesting entries, in the opinion of the competition committee, will be asked to send us the selected photos by email in a higher resolution (preferably 4 megapixels, 2272 x 1704).
The winning entries will be printed and presented at several exhibitions. The first vernissage of photos from Gliniada will take place in mid-October at Piwnica Paryska. In addition, attractive prizes await the authors of the three best entries. We invite you to take part in the competition!
ATTENTION! People who have already uploaded photographs from Gliniada to our portal’s gallery (and would also like to take part in the competition) are asked to place these photos in the competition gallery.
