Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, a tragic car accident occurred in Krzyżowa. An Opel Vectra veered off the road and hit a concrete culvert.
The force of the impact was so great that the car bounced off the concrete structure and ended up back on the road. The car caught fire. Two people travelling in the Opel died in the flames. Four fire service units, an ambulance and the police arrived at the scene of the accident. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters found two charred bodies inside the Opel.
