A resident of Garncarska Street started a domestic altercation during the night of July 23–24. He was under the influence of alcohol. A test showed 2.30 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath. When alerted officers from the Bolesławiec Prevention Section arrived at the scene, the aggressive 44-year-old tried to offer them a bribe in exchange for discontinuing police procedures. The man tried to bribe the officers with a €50 banknote. He faces up to 10 years in prison for this attempt.
