The seventh edition of Kwiatoliga 2007 was held last Saturday. Eighteen eight-player teams took part in the open football tournament for neighborhood teams. The teams competed in two age categories: primary schools and lower secondary schools. The main prize, funded each year by the event’s originator, Jarosław Molenda, is a trip to a first-league match in Lubin.
Teletubisie won in the primary school category, defeating Włatcy Móch 1–0. The winners played in the following lineup: Rafał Mazur (best goalkeeper in the primary school category), Krystian Kulig, Andrzej Miżdal, Piotr Giergielewicz, Jan Wojciechowski, Adrian Jaworski, Kacper Wojciechowski, Paweł Kazanowski.
FC Opadłe Kendybyle won in the lower secondary school category, defeating FC Wino Dobre 1–0 in the final. The winning team played in the following lineup: Bartłomiej Sobczyszyn, Adrian Madej, Mateusz Orda, Marcin Kobeluszczyk, Grzegorz Janik (best goalkeeper in the lower secondary school category), Jacek Dąbrowski, Aleksander Molenda. Dominik Kotwica of Wielkie Walenie was named the best player in the lower secondary school category.
Kwiatoliga 2007 was organized by Jarosław Molenda, Bolesławiecki Klub Sportowy and MOSiR. The best teams received cups, medals and material prizes funded by the City Office and Firma Usługi Dekarskie Rafał Tomczyk.
