Cross Country – an MTB mountain bike race for professionals – will take place in Bolesławiec for the fifth time. The start and finish of the event will be in the municipal forests behind the petrol station on al. 1000-lecia. Bolesławiec’s Cross Country has a rich history and enjoys a well-deserved reputation. This is evidenced, among other things, by the participation of such outstanding competitors as Marek Galiński, Mariusz Kowal and Piotr Formicki. In addition, as always, the organizers are offering substantial cash and material prizes. Last year, the race winner received PLN 1,500! The Cross Country race also features a professionally prepared course and facilities. Every year, it brings many spectators, plenty of excitement and a great atmosphere.
ATTENTION! After the race, at 15:00, a short marathon will begin, open to hobbyists and amateur cyclists. Test yourself! The marathon has been designed as an open event. All interested cyclists may participate. The planned route is neither excessively long nor physically demanding – it is only 19 km.
