On Saturday in Bolesławiec, BKS played the final round of the spring fixtures. Their opponents were Nysa Zgorzelec. In the opening minutes, Marcin Potyszka shot wide of the Nysa goal. In the 14th minute, the visitors responded with another inaccurate shot following a corner. In the 20th minute, Krzysztof Lechowski also shot wide of the BKS goal. There was little action on the pitch until the 30th minute. Both teams were playing for the proverbial parsley, having secured places in the middle of the table. In the 45th minute, Bolesławiec’s team had a chance to score. Łukasz Rudyk, after an individual run down the right side of the pitch, delivered a precise pass to Paweł Rissmann, who was entering the penalty area, but unfortunately the latter shot straight into the hands of the goalkeeper from Zgorzelec.
The second half began fortunately for BKS. In the 50th minute, Marcin Potyszka was fouled in Nysa’s penalty area. Paweł Rissmann confidently converted the penalty, shooting into the right corner of the goal. In the 59th minute, BKS mounted a fine attack down the left side of the pitch. Damian Hebda crossed into the penalty area. Łukasz Rudyk produced a fine header, but unfortunately the ball flew over the visitors’ crossbar. In the 64th minute, Marcin Potyszka hit the post. Paweł Rissmann had a chance to score from the rebound, but his header went wide.
In the 83rd minute, Robert Banaszek missed another chance for BKS. After his shot, the ball hit the side netting. A minute later, the visitors scored the equalizer. The goal came after a set piece during an attempted cross. The ball entered the BKS goal after also bouncing off the post. Maciej Kameduła was the player who delivered the cross-shot. In the final minutes of the match, Nysa’s players had another opportunity to score, but BKS goalkeeper Sebastian Łokaj was not caught off guard. BKS drew 1–1 with Nysa Zgorzelec.
