The ceremonial assembly was held in the gymnasium, which had been given a festive appearance for the occasion. First, the school banner was brought in and the national anthem was sung. Then, headmistress Dorota Basiak addressed the gathering, offering her wishes to the teachers and thanking them for their commitment to date. She also wished them strength and perseverance in this exceptional profession.
The young performers honoured this special day in the school year with songs and spoken words. Many warm and kind words were directed towards our teachers. The students expressed their appreciation and highlighted their gratitude for the daily effort involved in a teacher’s work, as well as for their dedication, vigilance and care for the wellbeing of their pupils.
The ceremony proceeded in a pleasant and joyful atmosphere. At the end, the students offered their wishes to all the teachers and employees of our school and also presented beautiful cards with greetings, prepared by hand by students from classes IV–VI and the Student Council.
